Construction & Landscaping
The purpose of the Construction & Landscaping Standards is to provide the Member-Lessee, the design professionals, and the contractors with standards for all construction and landscaping projects on leaseholds within the Epworth Assembly. The standards endeavor to balance the interests of each individual Member's Leasehold with the interests of the general Epworth community.
Remember, any outdoor work, including landscaping, requires a permit. The following documents are below: Landscaping Standards, Leasehold Project Permit, Application for Permit, and Neighbor Review.
