This is a roomy cottage right on the lakefront. The front porch has all new and/or freshly reupholstered comfy wicker furniture, a daybed, a puzzle table and a dynamite sunset view. The dining table will seat 10 or more. All bedrooms but one have lake views. The cottage is conveniently located near the Hotel and Coffee Shop. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

This South Beach gem offers an ideal lakefront location at 23 South Beach Road with a Lake Michigan-side porch and deck plus parking behind the cottage. This five-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home has plenty of space to sleep 10, plus a rollout sofa in the TV room. Vertical freezer in outside compartment. Family game room! Air conditioners in bedrooms. Outside swimmer’s shower. No pets, no smoking please.

Beautiful cottage on first row to Lake Michigan. First floor has huge wraparound enclosed front porch (windows and screens) facing lake, formal dining room, living room, office space, kitchen with breakfast table, laundry facilities, working gas fireplace and one bedroom with two twin beds. Every second floor bedroom has a working sink. Cottage is wheelchair accessible on first floor. Portable room heaters and fans if needed. No smoking in cottage. Two canoes, three kayaks and two bicycles (stored in garage) can be used after receipt of signed waiver.

Beautifully crafted stone fireplace and bead board paneling are the perfect setting for a cottage feel vacation.

This cottage offers a bright spacious porch with hammock, view of the lake and large table for family dining and is conveniently located near the beautiful Epworth Hotel, Coffee Shop, activities and Auditorium.
