Upstairs has two full bathrooms and 5 bedrooms: one room with two full beds and a ceiling fan, two rooms with queen beds and ceiling fans, one room with a full bed and one with two twin beds. Lower level has a one car garage, basement with washer, dryer, beach chairs and beach toys. Three additional parking places are located on the hill behind the cottage.

Shadyside is a quaint, two-story cottage originally constructed in 1894 and updated several times over the last few years. Recent improvements include a brand new kitchen, new flooring, and new appliances. The cottage has 3 bedrooms – one on the first floor and two upstairs – one full bathroom with shower (first floor), one half bath with toilet and laundry (first floor), and a half bath with toilet on the second floor.
