The main floor includes a large, well equipped kitchen with attached deck, dining room, large living room, family room with TV, screened front porch and front deck. Upstairs has two full bathrooms and 5 bedrooms: one room with two full beds and a ceiling fan, two rooms with queen beds and ceiling fans, one room with a full bed and one with two twin beds. Lower level has a one car garage, basement with washer, dryer, beach chairs and beach toys. Three additional parking places are located on the hill behind the cottage.

Shadyside is a quaint, two-story cottage originally constructed in 1894 and updated several times over the last few years.
