The cottage is centrally located across the Quayle Court bridge on the 3rd tier of cottages with a breathtaking view of Lake Michigan and sunsets. There are 2 water heaters to assure plenty of hot water as well as a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is well stocked for meal preparation and serving. An outdoor gas grill is available for use. Five televisions are streaming capable. A port-a-crib is also available. Numerous pictures available upon request from owner.

Maryland

Maryland is a deceptively large, charming cottage which has received a number of updates over the years. Almost all of the original windows have been replaced as have both front and back decks. A full bath was added in the basement in 2005 and one of the upstairs bath remodeled in 2020. The master bedroom was remodeled in 2018. In addition to a ceiling fan, this bedroom also has a window air conditioning unit and base board heater. All other rooms have box fans. The first level hardwood floors were refinished in 2018. Maryland has many porches on which to relax, nap and play games. In addition to the dining room, the cottage has a large breakfast room on the back of the house which also serves as an office. There is a large desk and a printer/fax available for those who need to do a little work. Maryland has a nice view of the lake from the front of the house and a grass yard in front and back with gardens. This cottage has retained much of its original charm from the bead board paneling that is present in a number of rooms.
