Shadyside is a quaint, two-story cottage originally constructed in 1894 and updated several times over the last few years. Recent improvements include a brand new kitchen, new flooring, and new appliances. The cottage has 3 bedrooms – one on the first floor and two upstairs – one full bathroom with shower (first floor), one half bath with toilet and laundry (first floor), and a half bath with toilet on the second floor. This 4 bedroom cottage located right on the beach has 2 rooms with 2 twin size beds in each and 2 rooms with 1 queen size bed in each. Also included is a charcoal grill and screened-in porch that leads to a LARGE wooden deck perfect for sunbathing.
Sunrise Park has a wonderful large porch with awesome views and a surprising sense of privacy. There is also a rooftop deck, great for sunning and stargazing both. Sunrise Park has all the amenities while retaining the cottage feel.
