First floor has huge wraparound enclosed front porch (windows and screens) facing lake, formal dining room, living room, office space, kitchen with breakfast table, laundry facilities, working gas fireplace and one bedroom with two twin beds. Every second floor bedroom has a working sink. Cottage is wheelchair accessible on first floor. Portable room heaters and fans if needed. No smoking in cottage. Two canoes, three kayaks and two bicycles (stored in garage) can be used after receipt of signed waiver.

This is a bright, open cottage with lots of natural light and sensational views of the lake, the light house and the golf course. We are at the top of the 99 steps above the lagoon. The main floor includes a large, well equipped kitchen with attached deck, dining room, large living room, family room with TV, screened front porch and front deck. Upstairs has two full bathrooms and 5 bedrooms: one room with two full beds and a ceiling fan, two rooms with queen beds and ceiling fans, one room with a full bed and one with two twin beds. Lower level has a one car garage, basement with washer, dryer, beach chairs and beach toys. Three additional parking places are located on the hill behind the cottage.

Summertime is located right on the beach, north of the Hotel, and it provides beautiful beach, water and sunset views. It has 5 bedrooms with sinks in each room. There are 2 bathrooms and it will accommodate up to 11 people (subject to owners prior approval). The cottage has 2 parking spaces, one behind the cottage and one in the paved lot connecting to the front walk. Check in Monday after 2pm and check out Sunday by 10am.

Newly updated with fresh paint, flooring and furnishings in 2020! The cottage is 4 bed, 2 bath: there is one bedroom and a full bathroom on the main floor, and 3 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. In total, the cottage sleeps 8 people. There are many steps to the main level entrance and the cottage is not wheelchair accessible. In addition to a bedroom and a full bath, the main level has a living room, dining room, kitchen and enclosed porch. Appliances include oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. The bedrooms have in-window A/C units. Linens provided.
