This is a bright, open cottage with lots of natural light and sensational views of the lake, the light house and the golf course. We are at the top of the 99 steps above the lagoon. The main floor includes a large, well equipped kitchen with attached deck, dining room, large living room, family room with TV, screened front porch and front deck. Upstairs has two full bathrooms and 5 bedrooms: one room with two full beds and a ceiling fan, two rooms with queen beds and ceiling fans, one room with a full bed and one with two twin beds. Lower level has a one car garage, basement with washer, dryer, beach chairs and beach toys. Three additional parking places are located on the hill behind the cottage.

Newly updated with fresh paint, flooring and furnishings in 2020! The cottage is 4 bed, 2 bath: there is one bedroom and a full bathroom on the main floor, and 3 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. In total, the cottage sleeps 8 people. There are many steps to the main level entrance and the cottage is not wheelchair accessible. In addition to a bedroom and a full bath, the main level has a living room, dining room, kitchen and enclosed porch. Appliances include oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. The bedrooms have in-window A/C units. Linens provided.
Shadyside is a quaint, two-story cottage originally constructed in 1894 and updated several times over the last few years. Recent improvements include a brand new kitchen, new flooring, and new appliances. The cottage has 3 bedrooms – one on the first floor and two upstairs – one full bathroom with shower (first floor), one half bath with toilet and laundry (first floor), and a half bath with toilet on the second floor. The cottage also has a living room, dining area, and enclosed porch on the first floor. The cottage has window A/C units in the upstairs bedrooms and a free-standing floor A/C unit on the first floor. Appliances include a stacked washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and microwave. The cottage also has an outdoor deck area on the east side with a gas grill.
