This cottage offers a bright spacious porch with hammock, view of the lake and large table for family dining and is conveniently located near the beautiful Epworth Hotel, Coffee Shop, activities and Auditorium. Summertime is located right on the beach, north of the Hotel, and it provides beautiful beach, water and sunset views. It has 5 bedrooms with sinks in each room. There are 2 bathrooms and it will accommodate up to 11 people (subject to owners prior approval). The cottage has 2 parking spaces, one behind the cottage and one in the paved lot connecting to the front walk. Check in Monday after 2pm and check out Sunday by 10am.

The cottage is centrally located across the Quayle Court bridge on the 3rd tier of cottages with a breathtaking view of Lake Michigan and sunsets. There are 2 water heaters to assure plenty of hot water as well as a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is well stocked for meal preparation and serving. An outdoor gas grill is available for use. Five televisions are streaming capable. A port-a-crib is also available. Numerous pictures available upon request from owner.

Non-refundable deposit of $500/week due at contract signing.
